I offer a thoughtful, client-centred approach to support you in exploring your understanding of the world, your experiences and relationships.
Depending on your needs, I might draw on a range of ways to support your exploration, including somatic (body work) and art making.
Some of the issues I have worked with include: anxiety, depression, difficulty in regulating overwhelming feelings, trauma, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, implementing personal goals, difficulty adjusting to new environments (e.g. country/work/family), and general distress.
Maybe there isn't something specific, but a general worry. In this case it might be helpful to explore together and begin to make sense of some of your feelings.
